The largest house on Great Wyk, seated at Hammerhorn ÔÇö numerous, scattered, and reliably among the loudest voices at any kingsmoot.

The fuller tale

The Goodbrothers hold Hammerhorn in the rugged hills of Great Wyk, the biggest of the Iron Islands, and are so numerous ÔÇö with cadet branches at Downdelving, Crow Spike Keep and the Shatterstone ÔÇö that a man can hardly throw a stone on Great Wyk without hitting one. Their sigil is a black war-horn banded in gold on blood red.

Lord Gorold Goodbrother sends his sons and his questions to the maesters and the priests alike, and the house's many spears make it a bannerman no aspiring King of the Isles can afford to ignore. At a kingsmoot, numbers speak, and the Goodbrothers have always had numbers.
