Lords of Spottswood, a lesser Dornish house whose spotted-cat sigil suits the dry hunting country they hold.

The fuller tale

The Santagars hold Spottswood in the green-and-brown country of central Dorne, and their sigil ÔÇö a black-and-white spotted cat, a shadowcat of the mountains ÔÇö marks a house of hunters and hill-fighters. Ser Sylva Santagar, called Spotted Sylva for her freckles, rides among the young Dornish nobles of the recent tale.

Like most of the middling Dornish houses, the Santagars matter less for their own deeds than for the weight they add when Sunspear counts its spears ÔÇö and in Dorne, the counting is always quietly going on.
