Honeyholt
The Beesburys' seat amid orchards and hives on the Honeywine.
The fuller tale
Honeyholt drowses on the Honeywine amid hives and orchards, and House Beesbury has kept it ÔÇö and the beekeeping that named them both ÔÇö for longer than most royal lines lasted. Theirs is the gentlest wealth in Westeros: honey, mead, wax for the septs, and a seat close enough to Oldtown to marry into learning as often as land. The family's most famous son was an old man at a council table ÔÇö master of coin to a dying king, the one voice raised for law and a girl's inheritance on the morning the greens stole a crown, and the first casualty of the Dance of Dragons before it had a name. The accounts disagree on exactly how he died in that chamber; they agree no sword was in his hand. Honeyholt has kept bees and counted honestly ever since, which is perhaps its own kind of memorial.
The fallen of this place ÔÇö if any, they are named here. Spoilers.
No death the chronicle records has come to this ground ÔÇö or none the maesters have set down.
