New Ghis

An island city where the old empire's descendants drill iron legions.

The fuller tale

The Ghiscari descendants who drill their iron legions on this island city have their own long memory of what dragons did to their empire, and no particular interest in a war fought entirely between dragons of a different, younger house — New Ghis watches its own borders, not Westeros’s throne room.
