The Qorgyles’ sand-scoured desert seat sits out the Dance of the Dragons along with the rest of Dorne, its own remove from the war doubled by simple distance — Sandstone is about as far from King’s Landing as a Westerosi castle can be while still belonging to the Seven Kingdoms in name.
