The fuller tale
How it ends for them
The chronicle records no death for this soul ÔÇö they are living when the tale leaves them, or their ending is a page the maesters have yet to turn.
Their chapters, book by book
Where the page and the screen part
Aggo barely exists on screen: the show folded most of the khas into a couple of faces, spent Rakharo for shock and invented Kovarro to replace him, and AggoÔÇÖs name attaches only to a fleeting first-season presence most viewers never registered. In the books he is alive and consequential to the end of the published run ÔÇö one of the queenÔÇÖs kos in Meereen, still at her side through A Dance with Dragons ÔÇö and readers of the later chapters will find him among the riders whose loyalty survives even her disappearance into the Dothraki sea. The showÔÇÖs Dothraki became a mass noun; Aggo is one of the names the books kept individual.
Their journey
Where the two tellings send them to the same place the road runs whole; where they part, the screen keeps the left and the books the right.
